The communal bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is located on the first floor. There is a second communal toilet on the ground floor. In the basement there is a washing machine for common use. There is a communal bicycle shed in the front garden.

The common areas are shared with 6 other residents and are cleaned every week by a cleaning company.

There are access points throughout the building for an optimal WiFi network in every room.
